I contacted the company regarding a hot tub relocation even though its advertised on their website that they carry out a precollection visit to assess the access I was told that they don't do that but thankfully next day they contacted me and said that they are in the area the following day and they will pop in and have a look so I arranged with the seller to be present all day. On the day I called arrows and asked if everything went OK they said that the job in the area was cancelled and they didn't visit collection site All they needed to do is contact me so that I could explain to the seller why they couldn't go but they chose to ignore me The guy on the phone was very Rude and told me to F Off I will never use this company in the future as their customer service is negligible I am glad I did not use them I would have had serious issues with them

I strongly advise against purchasing products from Arrow Spas. Their hot tub cover, which I bought, failed within a year, showing rips at the seams. When I contacted them for a solution, their customer service was far from helpful. Instead of addressing the issue, they were rude and dismissive, insinuating that I had misused the product, which seems more than unlikely for a hot tub cover. My experience suggests that even if their products come with a guarantee, it may not be honoured effectively. After I mentioned sharing my experience online, they claimed to have reached out to the manufacturer. However, despite this being raised in August, and their repeated assurances of having 'chased' the matter, it appears more like a tactic to delay and discourage further action on my part.

We used these guys to move our hot tub when moving house. Admittedly there was some confusion over dates but they were still good at organising a team together to get it moved. We were unable to get it in place fully at the new house due to neighbours car blocking the way but they left it on front drive and returned at the nearest date to put into position. Thought the team were great and easy to deal with. Would recommend using them and if I need anything else I will be using these guys.

Disappointing service. I used them to relocate a hot tub I purchased last year and was promised a good service in the future. I have been on their waiting list since April for a straight forward hot tub service and was told by Sadie it was a 6 week wait so I put my name down. I have been chasing her up and she appears incompetentand unbothered. I informed the owner Jay and he also wasn't interested. I waited 4 months for nothing. Will not be using them again or referring them onto anyone.

Our 12 year old spa needed quite an overhaul. Jay kept me fully informed on what was needed, clearly demonstrating why and talked me through the best approach to sourcing the parts. We now have a spar that is as good as new. Most importantly Jay responded immediately, did what he said he would do, turned up when he said he would and charged what he had quoted. Highly recommended.

Absolutely buzzing with our hot tub from start to finish Arrow Spas have been helpful and professional. I knew nothing about what hot tub I needed or wanted and Jay wasn’t pushy and gave me honest feedback and the one I had picked was perfect. Upon delivery they are so professional they come prepared with a plan and do it all whilst you watch. The additional perk is that Jay talked me though how it worked and also a little bit of info on the chemicals he didn’t need to do this but did so I was confident before he left. If anybody is reading this and questioning whether to get one or not go for it you only life once and don’t buy anywhere else but Arrow Spas you can’t go wrong I promise

I purchased a second hand hot which was relocated by Arrow Spas today without a hitch. Jay is amazing he offered me advice on purchasing a second hand hot tub, the price for the relocation is very good, the response to messages was super quick. I 100% recommended Arrow Spas and will be using them to service my new pride and joy 😁

After lots of research we came down to two companies, Arrow Spas being one of them. After speaking with Jay on the phone it was clear they were more helpful without being pushy. This is our first hot tub and Jay was very informative in what we needed before the install. We are over 100miles away and nothing was too much to ask. He made sure we knew what we needed before, during and after the install. Covid-19 hit so we had delays but he kept us informed all the time. The install came and went smoothly with Jay answering all our questions. Since the install, the after care advice has been amazing. Jay is always on hand to answer the smallest of questions. We couldn’t be more happy with the service Arrow Spas have given. Highly recommend this helpful and friendly company. Thanks again team. Keep up the good work ☺️

Can't fault these guys at all. The stress of moving my hot tub during my house move was the most stressful thing for me, not knowing where to start or who to ask. After many calls and emails asking for quotes and services offered (around 10 requested) Jay was the only person to come back with a clear comprehensive quote and offer to undertake the service. It was made clear how it would be moved and wrapped to preserve the tub during the move which filled me with confidence. Jay also offered to store the tub whilst I made a base to lay it on at the new property. By chance, we began talking about that when they arrived to move the tub and Jay offered to contact somebody that he worked with previously who could provide it for a reasonable price. I strongly reccommend that you get in touch, as these guys were the only ones that gave me any confidence. Much appreciated. Updated 12/01/2021 I had Jay return due to a fault that my tub developed and the original supplier did not honour the original agreement of the ability to extend the warranty so I decided not to use them. The fault was pointing to a sensor, as the tub showed a fault reading. Jay came out and discovered it was just a big airlock so it didn't cost me anything. I had booked Arrow Spas for a service, but Jay said he would prefer to wait for the tub to get to full temp for the service as it is most effective, and would come back next week. He also gave me a 10% discount code on products from his products. Again, Jay and Monty are brilliant and I would definitely reccomend!

I very rarely post reviews but if you like me are a nervous first time buyer of a Hot Tub then this company is for you. I bought my hot tub second hand and it needed moving from Buckingham to Olney in Milton Keynes. I got three quotes and Arrow Spas were half the price of the other two. The move went well and from the minute we met Jay was offering his advice on everything that I was nervous about. Jay recommended certain services that his company offered but at no time did I feel under pressure instead it just made me realise I had chosen a great company to work with. After he left I tried my best to read up on chemicals but it seems so complicated however a quick message to Jay and he calls back with all the answers and reassurance you need. Some time soon I will ask him to service the tub for me and upgrade from 13amp to 32 amp with a 3 KW heater confident that I am getting a great service at a great price.
